I am a good collector, but not a good absorber. I have downloaded a lot of materials from Internet, but really read a litter. I think the ability of archiving knowledge depends on how many information you have been absorbed but not how many document have been downloaded. On the other hand, this ability does also depends on the skill of how to found resource.

I was noticed that my company is not using .Net when I was reviewing articles for .net by one of my colleagues, I said “I have spare time to learn something else.”.I want to keep my skill up-to-date, so that I must following the evolution of skills.
